Excellent service. They answered all my questions and I'm to meet John in Ban Phan this December to put a down payment on my villa. I highly recommend this compnay. The principles are prompt, knowlegable, and friendly. I liked the fact that when I called they immediatley agreed to meet me at my convenience to show me the new development. Also, John and Richard are married to Thai's as I am. So, my wife was able to follow right along with everything by conferring with Duane and Nok, John and Richard's wives.
